Nicola is a writer and editor, specialising in the voluntary sector and LGBT issues.
Nicola helped to launch the Guardian's website, www.theguardian.com/society in 2000 and worked for two years as the charities reporter, writing stories, commissioning articles and developing the website.
An LSE graduate in social psychology, Nicola spent three years at Cancer Research UK, and two at the RNIB, producing fundraising publications. She was also the news editor of Voluntary Sector magazine for over three years.
Nicola has published three books on LGBT issues.
Laura offers the whole range of editorial services, from design through writing and editing to project management.
Her extensive experience spans nearly 30 years in publishing, working for both large and small publishing houses before starting her own editorial company 12 years ago.
Laura's specialist areas are the voluntary sector, tourism, business and finance. She has edited and designed three books about philanthropy.
